Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and achieve retail sales and service results in assigned locations and accounts.
  • Manage budgets effectively to optimize financial performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners.
  • Develop and train team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor customer feedback on platforms like Yelp and Google to ensure high ratings.
  • Schedule and conduct monthly training visits at Sephora using designated training modules.
  • Recruit and manage counter personnel and aestheticians in department stores.
  • Foster relationships with local cosmetology schools to recruit new talent for Ulta.
  • Engage with District Managers and other stakeholders to drive product and service sales.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and motivation to personnel across Benefit, Sephora, and Ulta.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail sales and service, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Active Aesthetician or Cosmetology license.

Experience

Candidates should possess experience in retail sales and service, particularly within the beauty industry and wholesale environments.

The successful candidate will be located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA, with easy access to Minneapolis.

Compensation

The target salary range is $68,000 - $86,000, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
