The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to field leadership across the Midwest retail region, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive performance, engagement, and positive employee experience. Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will manage core HR functions including performance management, talent development, employee relations, compliance, and culture initiatives. Responsibilities include partnering with Regional Directors, District Managers, and Store Managers on talent decisions, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness; leading talent reviews, succession planning, and compensation planning; championing workplace culture and engagement through data-driven insights; and conducting employee relations investigations while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
