Join Balenciaga in Shanghai as a Store Director, overseeing operations and driving sales in a dynamic luxury fashion environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage a retail sales team and oversee daily store operations, including sales targets, KPIs, housekeeping, staff training, inventory management, and complaints handling.
  • Lead and motivate the retail sales team to provide exemplary customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency in accordance with Balenciaga’s standards and requirements.
  • Attract, develop, and retain talent by fostering a positive work environment and a culture of feedback.
  • Build and maintain a customer database and nurture relationships with valuable customers and VIPs.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in retail and customer service industries with a focus on people and store operation management.

Skills

Inclusive leadership style with excellent organizational skills. Adaptability, persuasiveness, and a dynamic approach to risk-taking. High sensitivity to client experiences and loyalty. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficient in PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.

Experience

Significant experience in retail and customer service industries, particularly in managing people and store operations.
