Join A. Lange & Söhne in Berlin as a Sales Associate. This role offers the opportunity to excel in luxury retail sales within a prestigious watchmaking brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve personal sales targets in alignment with the brand's retail strategy and compliance standards.
  • Maximize profitability while minimizing costs and controlling expenses.
  • Analyze missed sales opportunities to refine future sales strategies.
  • Organize private viewings for potential VIP clients.
  • Develop action plans to achieve sales objectives in collaboration with management.
  • Maintain brand ambassadorship by ensuring excellence in client interactions and boutique presentation.
  • Continuously learn about products to serve as a knowledgeable reference for clients and colleagues.
  • Ensure superior customer service and relationship management within the boutique.
  • Manage customer complaints and report product issues to management.
  • Participate in stocktaking and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Handle financial transactions and cash register operations with compliance to regulations.
  • Report opportunities and incidents to management and share innovative ideas to enhance operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and support sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in the watchmaking industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail and CRM tools.

Skills

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in handling financial transactions. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail sales is required, with a preference for candidates with a background in watchmaking.

Education

A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
