- Develop and maintain exceptional client relationships by providing a welcoming and high-standard boutique experience.
- Collaborate with boutique management to support and participate in in-store and external networking events.
- Accurately capture and manage client data for relationship building and follow-up opportunities.
- Consistently meet and ideally exceed sales targets while adhering to retail guidelines.
- Master key moments of the sales ceremony, engage clients effectively, and manage negotiations and objections with ease.
- Provide post-sale support in alignment with the brand's values, acting as a reference and offering recommendations for an exceptional client experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador, communicating passionately about the brand's values, history, and unique collections.
- Ensure daily boutique operations comply with security and operational policies.
- Assist with daily merchandising, stock maintenance, and participate in inventory audits.
- Support special projects as needed, such as price changes and administrative responsibilities.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
- Ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a boutique setting.
- Proficiency in sales ceremonies and customer service transactions.
- Understanding of compliance audit requirements and brand fundamentals.
- Exemplary integrity and collegiality.
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of the brand's DNA.
- Capability to act as a brand ambassador during events.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and objection handling abilities.
- Proficient in client relationship management.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury watchmaking and brand history.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
A minimum of 5 years in a sales role, preferably within the luxury sector.
