1. Deliver an exceptional and personalized in-store client experience.
2. Create a welcoming and friendly environment at all client touchpoints.
3. Collaborate with Boutique management on in-store and offsite events to expand the network.
4. Capture and manage client data accurately to build lasting relationships.
5. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while adhering to retail guidelines.
6. Master key moments of the sales ceremony, engaging clients with thoughtful questions and attentive listening.
7. Handle negotiations and objections confidently, ensuring a positive client experience.
8. Assist after-sales clients in accordance with Maison values.

1. Solid experience in luxury goods retail, preferably in a department store.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in another language is a plus.
