1. Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the flagship boutique and Club 1755.
2. Provide administrative and sales support to enhance client experience and achieve sales targets.
3. Control stock inventory meticulously and organize product movements via SAP.
4. Participate actively in regular stock inventories.
5. Manage bespoke strap orders and oversee incoming and outgoing repairs.
6. Serve as the main point of contact for boutique customer service inquiries.
7. Assist with visual merchandising and manage boutique supplies.
8. Ensure adherence to security and operational policies for a safe boutique environment.
9. Provide selling support during sales presentations and assist on the sales floor as needed.

1. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities in a luxury retail environment.
2. Flexibility to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.

1. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
2. Proficiency in computer skills, with SAP exposure being advantageous.
