1. Drive boutique sales and performance to achieve targets and maximize profitability.
2. Lead customer relationship management initiatives to ensure exceptional client service.
3. Plan and execute marketing and event activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
4. Manage and develop the boutique team to foster a high-performance culture.
5. Oversee boutique operations and reporting to ensure efficiency and compliance.

1. College degree preferred.
2. 4+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in watches or high-value luxury products.

1. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
2. Knowledge of the local market.
3. Excellent computer skills, with SAP exposure being advantageous.
4. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
7. Self-starter with a team-player approach.
8. Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.

A minimum of 4 years in a management role, with a preference for experience in the luxury watch or high-value luxury product sector.

College degree preferred.
