Vacheron Constantin Boutique Manager

- Drive boutique sales and performance to achieve targets and maximize profitability.
- Lead customer relationship management initiatives to ensure exceptional client service.
- Plan and execute marketing and event activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Manage and develop the boutique team to foster a high-performance culture.
- Oversee boutique operations and reporting to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- College degree preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in watches or high-value luxury products.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Knowledge of the local market.
- Excellent computer skills, with SAP exposure being advantageous.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
- Self-starter with a team-player approach.
- Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.
A minimum of 4 years in a management role, with a preference for experience in the luxury watch or high-value luxury product sector.
College degree preferred.
Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
