1. Process partner orders and retail product allocations in SAP, ensuring timely shipments and acting as a liaison for internal boutiques and partners.
2. Coordinate shipments of non-watch items, monitoring delivery schedules and resolving logistical issues.
3. Support logistics for retail events, fairs, and marketing activations, including product consignments and material transfers.
4. Respond to order, allocation, and shipment-related inquiries from partners promptly and professionally.
5. Manage boutique and POS operational needs by handling orders, invoicing, and payments.
6. Liaise with Richemont Japan functions to facilitate operations and ensure compliance.
7. Maintain SAP master data and POS accounts to support reporting and system reliability.
8. Support the commercial team with the preparation and distribution of dashboards and reports related to stock, sell-in/sell-out, and KPIs.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
3. Proactive and adaptable with a solution-driven approach.
4. SAP experience and data management knowledge preferred.
5. Fluent in Japanese and business-level English.

Experience in retail operations or a related field, with a focus on luxury goods preferred.
