1. Share a passion for Haute Horlogerie with clients.
2. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
3. Develop and execute plans to recruit new clients and nurture existing relationships.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with both local and international clientele.
5. Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations.
6. Act as a brand ambassador in networking activities to generate sales opportunities.
7. Represent the Maison and its values both inside and outside the Boutique.
8. Support all Boutique activities, including events and client entertainment.
9. Contribute to daily Boutique operations such as after-sales service, stock handling, and client follow-up.

1. Solid experience in luxury goods retail with a minimum of 5 years.
2. Proven success in luxury retail or hospitality.
3. Strong general education and understanding of local and international etiquette.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Organizational skills and familiarity with MS Office.
5. Fluency in German and English; a third language is advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury goods retail or hospitality, with proven success in sales and client relationship management.
