Vacheron Constantin Retail Clienteling Specialist

- Ensure outstanding client experience across the retail network.
- Support the global adoption of the retail clienteling strategy to foster client loyalty and repeat business.
- Champion continuous improvement of clienteling applications and tools.
- Analyze global market performance and generate insightful reports to identify enhancement opportunities.
- Develop and implement clienteling strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify best practices and innovative approaches to enhance client engagement.
- Oversee the optimization of retail solutions and tools for seamless functionality.
- Collaborate with international and local teams to foster best practices.
- Drive process improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a centralized clienteling dashboard.
- Create engaging training materials and develop creative content.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Luxury, Communication, Hospitality, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in luxury goods retail, with a proven track record in clienteling or CRM management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Proven ability to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of retail clienteling principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French and other languages is a plus.
