1. Improve and propose new quality standards, ensuring their maintenance.
2. Conduct audits on production lines to identify and resolve deviations from standards.
3. Resolve problems and manage non-conformities using QRQC methodology.
4. Centralize and prioritize QRQC collection with production and logistics managers.
5. Act as a reference for problem-solving methodology and lead initiatives.
6. Implement and maintain self-control processes with team assistance.
7. Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Lead and animate Technical Modification Requests for product quality improvements.
9. Participate in the homologation of new products concerning Quality department deliverables.
10. Promote quality assurance approaches and tools.
11. Raise awareness among employees and line/workshop managers about continuous improvement.
12. Verify the effectiveness and efficiency of implemented actions.
13. Measure and monitor quality performance through indicators.

1. Motivated by a dynamic and developing AQ team role.
2. Education as a technician ES, BTS, or equivalent.
3. Comfortable with measurement tools, problem-solving methods, quality tools, project management, industrial manufacturing processes, and ideally the watchmaking field.

1. Proficiency with office software (Excel) and ERP systems (ideally SAP).
2. Excellent visual acuity.
