- Enhance and propose new quality standards, ensuring their maintenance.
- Conduct audits on production lines to identify deviations from standards and resolve issues.
- Centralize and prioritize Quick Response Quality Control (QRQC) with production and logistics managers.
- Implement and maintain self-inspection processes with team assistance.
- Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and animate Technical Change Requests for product quality improvements.
- Participate in the homologation of new products concerning Quality department deliverables.
- Promote Quality Assurance methodologies and tools.
- Educate team members and line managers on continuous improvement practices.
- Verify the effectiveness and efficiency of implemented actions.
- Measure and monitor Quality performance through indicators.
- Motivated by a dynamic role within a developing Quality Assurance team.
- Educational background as a technician (ES, BTS, or equivalent).
- Comfortable with measurement tools, problem-solving methods, quality tools, project management, and industrial manufacturing processes, ideally in the horology sector.
- Proficient with office software (Excel) and ERP systems (preferably SAP).
- Excellent visual acuity, service-oriented, organized, rigorous, with strong interpersonal skills, adept at priority management and impartial.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in quality assurance tools and methodologies
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and office software
Previous experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within the horology industry, is ideal.
Technician diploma (ES, BTS, or equivalent)
