- Strengthen the implementation of a quality system defining necessary indicators, procedures, and responsibilities to ensure the quality of calibers and assembled watches.
- Jointly lead with the Data team an initiative to leverage quality data to enhance efficiency in assembly workshops, including the establishment and monitoring of impact indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in the implementation of new quality controls at the end of the manufacturing flow to identify and halt parts with potential market failure risks.
- Facilitate an effective non-conformity management system in production, ensuring effective security measures alongside production, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Train and raise awareness among staff about the Maison's quality requirements, promoting alignment of quality criteria between Component Entry Control and Final Watch Control.
- Manage, guide, and motivate a team of quality technicians and controllers, cascading the Maison's objectives to create individual and collective goals, ensuring their training and development.
- Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure an integrated approach to quality.
