1. Validate the feasibility of the production plan in collaboration with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Supply Chain departments.
2. Manage short-term execution loops, ensuring workload balancing across various workshops.
3. Identify and monitor risks of component supply disruptions, adjusting the scheduling plan as necessary.
4. Ensure production tracking and adherence to schedules.
5. Develop and maintain scheduling management tools.
6. Participate in the enhancement of planning processes and work standards.

1. Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Production Management.

1. Proficiency in Excel and IT tools such as SAP and Power BI.
2. Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
5. High level of service orientation and priority management.

Minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in scheduling and planning within a growth and transformation context.

Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Production Management.
