1. Manage relationships with international subsidiaries and service centers.
2. Respond to customer inquiries while adhering to the brand's quality and timeliness standards.
3. Produce service estimates based on horologists' diagnostics.
4. Monitor repair portfolios, including estimates, reports, and various requests.
5. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to management and local partners.
6. Actively contribute to team dynamics to enhance the customer service experience.

1. Proven experience in customer relationship management.
2. Background in service, hospitality, or customer service sectors.

1. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
4. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Previous successful experience in customer relationship management, particularly within the luxury sector.

Training or education in service, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
