Vacheron Constantin Brand Manager

- Develop and execute strategic plans for brand strategy, sales, distribution, marketing and communication, stock and supplies, customer relationship management, clienteling, and customer services.
- Ensure profitable and sustainable performance across retail and wholesale distribution channels.
- Lead and develop partner-operated boutiques.
- Promote a customer-centric approach to achieve annual sales objectives and increase market share.
- Manage P&L, inventory, DSO, and other financial targets.
- Enhance brand awareness, reputation, and signature consistently.
- Foster a positive, entrepreneurial, agile, and client-centric attitude within teams.
- Attract, develop, and retain talented individuals for the long-term growth of the Maison.
- Coordinate regularly and optimally with various teams at the corporate headquarters.
- University graduate with a degree in business or a related field, ideally complemented by an MBA or Executive Master.
- Experience in commercial management, sales (retail and wholesale), key account management, and marketing.
- International experience and background.
- Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Strategic thinking and leadership with strong business acumen and agility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage changes effectively.
- Passion, team spirit, conviction, and honesty.
- Expertise in marketing and business strategy implementation.
- Operational management of a country organization.
- Knowledge of digital trends and their application in client interaction.
- Strong retail knowledge and experience.
- Experience in team management.
- Budget and P&L management.
Proven experience in commercial management, sales, key account management, and marketing, with an international background.
University degree in business or related field, ideally with an MBA or Executive Master.
