Vacheron Constantin Boutique Manager

- Contribute to enhancing the brand's reputation and desirability through external networking and client events.
- Initiate boutique events and partnerships to increase sales and customer traffic.
- Monitor the local business environment and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Lead CRM and clienteling initiatives in collaboration with the boutique team.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects, focusing on VVIP database growth.
- Achieve quantitative and qualitative targets in alignment with brand objectives.
- Define and implement dynamic action plans to meet sales targets.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and set performance targets with relevant KPIs for the team.
- Manage boutique operations in compliance with brand and group policies.
- Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining the integrity of the brand image and facilitating interactions with the Group and International HQ.
- Design optimal team organization, recruit suitable profiles, and ensure a proactive talent pipeline.
- Identify team training needs and develop tailored development plans.
- Foster a business-oriented approach through regular coaching and role plays.
- Inspire and motivate the team, reinforcing a cohesive and engaged team spirit.
- Communicate the brand's strategy and vision effectively to the boutique team.
- Proven experience in luxury retail management.
- Strong understanding of the luxury market and clienteling strategies.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and clienteling techniques.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
Significant experience in luxury retail management, with a focus on clienteling and team leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
