Role & Responsibilities
- Create impressive customer experiences by tailoring skincare routines to individual needs and fostering an inviting atmosphere.
- Share expert knowledge in skincare, demonstrating creativity and passion for Sephora's unique brands and products.
- Support the store's success by maintaining a clean and organized environment, leaving a lasting positive impression.
- Contribute to sales goals and collaborate with colleagues by sharing knowledge and demonstrating strong team spirit.
Qualifications
- Completed education or equivalent experience in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or hospitality.
- Experience in selling exclusive cosmetic products.
- Excellent communication skills and knowledge of beauty products and trends.
- Passion for 'Clean Beauty' and innovative facial massage techniques.
- Proficiency in English.
