Join Qeelin in Shanghai as the Head of Retail Excellence and Training. Lead strategic development and training initiatives in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement retail standards, including SOPs and service protocols, to ensure brand consistency and operational efficiency.
- Partner with retail stakeholders to analyze KPIs and design improvement plans.
- Conduct store audits and benchmark best practices for continuous improvement.
- Design and deliver scalable training programs via blended learning methods.
- Lead new product launch training to equip teams with storytelling and selling skills.
- Develop leadership pipelines by coaching store managers and high-potential talent.
- Regularly visit stores to observe client interactions and provide real-time coaching.
- Collaborate with the local Marketing team to integrate training with client engagement strategies.
- Track training ROI through assessments and sales performance analysis.
- Leverage technology to modernize training delivery and knowledge retention.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail excellence and training within the luxury sector.
- Strong analytical skills to assess KPIs and implement improvement plans.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
