Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the Trade Marketing strategy for Moët Hennessy brands, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and adaptation to the local market.
  • Develop activation plans by channel (On Trade and Off Trade), point of sale, and season, maximizing product visibility and turnover.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams, acting as a bridge between brand strategy and commercial execution.
  • Oversee trade marketing investments, optimizing return on investment (ROI) and proposing continuous improvements in materials, promotions, and BTL campaigns.
  • Lead relationships with distributors and key partners, ensuring flawless execution in premium and high-end channels.
  • Manage a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and results orientation.
  • Monitor commercial and activation KPIs, generating strategic reports for decision-making.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in Commercial & Trade Marketing and leadership positions.
  • Demonstrated experience in the premium alcoholic beverages sector, preferably with luxury brands.
  • Solid understanding of On Trade, Off Trade, and Luxury Retail channels.

Skills

Highly analytical and business-oriented profile with experience in commercial execution and strategy. Excellent communication, leadership, and collaborative working skills. Advanced English proficiency.

Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant fields.

Education

University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
