Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge, staying informed about the luxury market and competitors.
  • Execute the Brand’s selling ceremony to maximize sales opportunities and achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships through personalized approaches, utilizing Customer Relationship Management and digital tools.
  • Address customer queries and manage after-sales care, coordinating with the line manager as needed.
  • Maintain the sales floor and visual displays to high standards in accordance with Brand guidelines.
  • Adhere to Company operational guidelines, policies, and stock procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment.

Skills

Ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients and peers. Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity about luxury fashion. Capability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion and knowledge of the shoemaking industry and affinity with the Brand.

Experience

Previous experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is required.
