Role & Responsibilities

• Implement a development plan for succession and retention of key talents.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging team members to embody the values of Christian Dior.
• Promote the development of the team's sales and management skills.
• Conduct annual evaluations of the entire team based on a variety of criteria.
• Drive business activity using KPIs to reach boutique targets.
• Develop strategies to support efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor sales reports and merchandise needs to ensure proper stock levels and oversee in-store merchandising.
• Collaborate with Retail Director and Head Office on sales, events, and team management.
• Provide regular reports and analysis to increase business.
• Ensure the boutique gains new clients while elevating the loyal customer base.
• Develop and maintain a qualitative customer network, coordinate in-store events, and participate in local events.
• Analyze and optimize customer management and CRM.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and inventories.
• Control back-office organization and optimize stock levels.
• Ensure the boutique floor is always covered to welcome clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in luxury retail or a comparable field in a management position.
• Qualitative and in-depth understanding of local current and potential customers.
• Experience working with financial reports and budgets, as well as KPIs.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills, strong service consciousness, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• A deep understanding and appreciation for the luxury fashion industry.
• Fluent in German and English; additional language skills are a plus.
