Chanel is seeking a Business Finance Manager in Taipei City to lead ESG performance and reporting. Full-time role with a focus on sustainability and strategic financial planning.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee ESG data governance, reporting, and performance metrics establishment and implementation.
  • Lead market data management for Corporate CSRD reporting and contribute to business insights on ESG performance indicators.
  • Support the design and implementation of sustainability reporting processes and controls.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Sustainability team to adapt methodologies for activity-based carbon emissions reporting.
  • Engage with Global/Regional teams to align on long-term strategy for CSRD and TCFD reporting.
  • Develop a Finance ESG Framework for governance, KPI, and metrics in collaboration with Global/Regional teams.
  • Coordinate implementation of ESG-related policies and guidelines for OPEX and CAPEX budgeting.
  • Manage sustainability function cost controlling and budgeting, enhancing financial projection models.
  • Provide Smart Analytics to enable management decision-making and support financial forecasting and budgeting cycles.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business finance management, particularly in ESG performance and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of sustainability reporting standards and frameworks such as CSRD and TCFD.
  • Experience in data governance and management, particularly in ESG contexts.

Skills

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Proficiency in financial modeling and projection tools. Strong leadership and project management skills.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in a business finance role with a focus on ESG performance and reporting.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
