Brioni is seeking a Retail Operations Manager in Shanghai, China. Join a prestigious luxury brand to lead store operations and network expansion in Greater China.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Retail Director APAC and the retail management team to ensure seamless store operations across Greater China.
  • Support stores in understanding and implementing corporate strategies and policies to maintain efficient and compliant operations.
  • Enhance operational quality and efficiency through strategic planning and proactive management.
  • Develop and implement operations projects and tools to optimize store performance.
  • Lead the expansion of the retail network, including new store openings, relocations, and remodels.
  • Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to align with both headquarters and local requirements.
  • Conduct staff training and regular meetings to ensure adherence to SOPs and customer service excellence.
  • Manage vendor relations and contracts related to store services, centralize purchase orders, and oversee payment settlements.
  • Oversee the management of store staff uniforms, including budgeting, ordering, distribution, and maintenance.
  • Conduct store audits to ensure compliance with POS standards and follow up on audit findings with actionable solutions.
  • Facilitate effective internal communication to share important information and best practices across stores.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with experience in fashion retail.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, both oral and written.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools. Strong analytical, operational, and project management skills. Excellent communication and persuasion abilities. Professional, proactive, and composed under pressure. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation. Effective team leadership and collaboration skills.

Experience

Experience in fashion retail is essential, with a focus on operations and project management.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher.
