Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
  • Act as a host to customers, fostering and strengthening customer relationships.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
  • Support and ensure compliance with all store processes and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a multinational brand environment, preferably in a related field.

Skills

Strong product and fashion sensitivity with knowledge of current trends. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in MS Office and other digital tools. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Experience in a multinational brand environment is required, with a preference for related industry experience.
