Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
  • Act as a host to customers, fostering strong relationships and enhancing customer loyalty.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure stock replenishment and uphold high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
  • Support compliance with all store processes and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a multinational brand environment, with relevant experience being advantageous.
  • Sensitivity to fashion and product knowledge, with an awareness of current trends.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Competency in PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role within a multinational brand environment is preferred.
