Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain exemplary standards of customer service and store environment.
- Implement and promote a culture of Retail Excellence at the store level.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Optimize store organization in alignment with business strategy, focusing on product, process, and people.
- Recruit, lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve business objectives.
- Foster an environment conducive to team and individual development.
- Supervise staff in sales, inventory management, and customer service activities.
- Ensure adherence to all headquarters guidelines, rules, and processes.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR, and stock organization requirements.
Qualifications
- University degree preferred.
- 6-8 years of experience in retail sales or store operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Background in luxury goods or premium fashion with an established client base is desirable.

Experience
6-8 years in retail sales or store operations, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity, preferably in luxury or premium fashion.
Education
University degree preferred.
