Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain exemplary standards of customer service and store environment.
  • Implement and promote a culture of Retail Excellence at the store level.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Optimize store organization in alignment with business strategy, focusing on product, process, and people.
  • Recruit, lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve business objectives.
  • Foster an environment conducive to team and individual development.
  • Supervise staff in sales, inventory management, and customer service activities.
  • Ensure adherence to all headquarters guidelines, rules, and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR, and stock organization requirements.

Qualifications

  • University degree preferred.
  • 6-8 years of experience in retail sales or store operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Background in luxury goods or premium fashion with an established client base is desirable.

Skills

Strong sense of high-end fashion. Leadership charisma with patience and attention to detail. Organizational skills with adaptability and openness to change. Dynamic and willing to take risks.

Experience

6-8 years in retail sales or store operations, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity, preferably in luxury or premium fashion.

Education

University degree preferred.
