Role & Responsibilities

  • Compile the daily press review.
  • Prepare the weekly press review.
  • Conduct daily magazine clippings and layout in PowerPoint.
  • Archive magazines and digital assets including e-cards, images, and press releases.
  • Assist the individual responsible for wholesale shopping.
  • Manage the tracking of gift and flower dispatches and declaration sheets.
  • Support the preparation of fashion shows and other events.
  • Provide daily assistance with various service-related requests such as image searches.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +3).
  • Previous experience in communication or press.
  • Interest in the luxury and fashion sector.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Organized, meticulous, proactive, with a keen eye for detail.

Experience

Candidates should have prior experience in the communication or press field.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
