Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily requests for shopping, visuals, and credits.
  • Oversee the shipping and return processes for the France/Europe press office.
  • Assist in the research and reservation of samples.
  • Coordinate with the showroom, packaging, and prototype departments.
  • Liaise with editorial shopping departments.
  • Contribute to the development of shopping strategies.
  • Support media and competitor monitoring.
  • Maintain the journalist contact database.

Qualifications

  • Preferred background in communication, press, or commerce.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with Launchmetrics (Fashion GPS) is advantageous. Strong motivation and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational abilities and versatility. Dynamic and rigorous approach. Comfortable with telephone communication. Fluency in both written and spoken English and French.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in luxury fashion and press relations is essential.

Education

Pursuing a degree in communication, press, or commerce is preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
