Saint Laurent is seeking an Operations Manager in Mount Royal, Canada. Join a leading luxury fashion brand under the Kering Group, focusing on inventory management and team supervision.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper merchandise rotation within the warehouse.
  • Prepare and conduct the annual inventory, investigating any discrepancies.
  • Monitor and control monthly inventories, implementing specific action plans.
  • Execute action plans developed with headquarters and the store director, ensuring follow-through at the store level.
  • Support the store director and department managers in achieving sales staff KPI targets.
  • Maintain store image in compliance with company standards, ensuring staff awareness of these standards.
  • Address sensitive customer complaints and process issues appropriately.
  • Assist the store director in creating, supervising, and managing a team, including administrative assistants, cashiers, stock clerks, security agents, and tailors.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in inventory management and administrative tasks (5 to 7 years).
  • Proven track record in team management (3 or more team members).

Skills

Strong interpersonal skills and persuasive ability. Willingness to participate in innovative projects.

Experience

5 to 7 years of experience in inventory management and administrative tasks, with a successful history of managing teams of 3 or more.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Mount Royal, Quebec, Canada, with easy access to Montreal.
