Join Saint Laurent in Paris as a Logistics Project Assistant Intern. Contribute to optimizing supply chain processes in a dynamic luxury fashion environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Update and ensure the reliability of packaging stock tracking tools using Excel, Power BI, and SQL queries to maintain optimal visibility.
  • Participate in the comprehensive management of the packaging supply chain, including forecasting quantities, mitigating stock-out risks, and establishing safety stocks.
  • Optimize and monitor global transportation in collaboration with Procurement teams, logistics providers, and suppliers.
  • Integrate compliance constraints within an international framework.
  • Define performance indicators (KPIs) and design dashboards to manage flows and measure operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at revalorizing dormant stocks, such as event packaging.
  • Enhance the Supply Chain through the automation of repetitive tasks and data reliability improvements.
  • Review supplier declarations and maintain the database according to supplier responses.
  • Monitor and correct errors or adjust Master Data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business School, or University with a specialization in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Project Management.

Skills

Strong interpersonal skills and responsiveness. Organizational acumen and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VBA). Familiarity with PLM and SQL is advantageous. Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.

Experience

Experience in a multicultural and international environment is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
