Role & Responsibilities
- Research and develop intermediate processes for leather goods to ensure quality aligns with company standards.
- Assess feasibility, timelines, and costs for sample development processes.
- Anticipate potential challenges in sampling and production, providing solutions through collaboration with Product Development, Pattern Making, and Production Advancement teams.
- Ensure accurate communication with external suppliers and manage the progression of sampling and industrialization phases.
- Regularly create and share reports on activity progress.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the fashion industry.
- Educational background in fashion design.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position within the fashion industry is required.
Education
Degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
