Role & Responsibilities

  • Research and develop intermediate processes for leather goods to ensure quality aligns with company standards.
  • Assess feasibility, timelines, and costs for sample development processes.
  • Anticipate potential challenges in sampling and production, providing solutions through collaboration with Product Development, Pattern Making, and Production Advancement teams.
  • Ensure accurate communication with external suppliers and manage the progression of sampling and industrialization phases.
  • Regularly create and share reports on activity progress.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the fashion industry.
  • Educational background in fashion design.

Skills

Proficient knowledge of processing techniques and supplier capabilities. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. High precision and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation. Proficiency in English.

Experience

At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position within the fashion industry is required.

Education

Degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
