Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise sales activities to ensure customer engagement and uphold brand standards.
- Maintain an exceptional level of customer service within the department.
- Communicate store performance and KPIs to the team, driving KPI achievement.
- Implement and follow up on action plans in collaboration with HQ and Store Director.
- Identify and nurture team members' strengths, fostering professional growth through training and coaching.
- Assist the Store Director with morning briefings, one-on-one meetings, and personal development plans.
- Manage sensitive situations related to product issues.
- Adhere to and enforce Company Policies and Operational Procedures.
- Cultivate a network impacting local and international luxury businesses to enhance customer loyalty, especially with Top Clients and VICs.
- Exemplify brand values and act as a brand ambassador.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
- Proven management experience with a track record of achieving results through feedback and coaching.
- Extensive product knowledge and sensitivity within the category.
