Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client and after-sales service to all visitors and clients.
  • Engage passionately with clients, identifying their needs and anticipating future requests.

  • Exceed individual sales and KPI targets through a business-minded and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Create personalized, versatile, and timeless fashion silhouettes for clients.
  • Maintain a transparent and genuine relationship with clients, fostering unique connections.
  • Communicate professionally and authentically with clients and colleagues.
  • Utilize available tools to optimize business opportunities.
  • Support front and back-of-house teams to enhance team spirit and achievements.
  • Adhere to company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in high-quality service environments such as fashion retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality is preferred.
  • Personal taste and passion for fashion culture, with an interest in creating personalized looks.
  • Natural business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Open-mindedness and a preference for a company that values audacity and authenticity.
  • Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset.

Skills

Proficiency with tools and applications, with a quick learning ability for new technologies. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively. Experience
