Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client and after-sales service to all visitors and clients.
  • Engage with clients passionately, focusing on their needs and anticipating future requests.
  • Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio to ensure business growth.
  • Exceed individual sales and KPI targets through a business-oriented and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Create personalized and timeless fashion silhouettes for clients, showcasing a passion for fashion culture.
  • Foster genuine connections with clients through transparent and authentic communication.
  • Utilize available tools effectively to maximize business opportunities.
  • Support front and back-of-house teams to enhance team spirit and achievements.
  • Adhere to company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in high-quality service sectors such as fashion retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality is preferred.
  • Personal taste and passion for fashion culture, with an ability to create personalized looks.
  • Natural business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Open-mindedness and a preference for companies that value audacity and authenticity.
  • Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset.

Skills

Proficient in using tools and applications, with a quick adaptability to new technologies. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively. Experience
