Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client and after-sale service to all visitors and clients.
- Engage passionately with clients, identifying their needs and anticipating future requests.
- Cultivate a strong client portfolio to drive proactive and growing business.
- Exceed individual sales and KPI goals through a business-oriented and entrepreneurial approach.
- Create personalized, versatile, and timeless fashion silhouettes for clients.
- Maintain a transparent and genuine attitude to foster unique client connections.
- Communicate professionally and sincerely with clients and colleagues.
- Utilize available tools to optimize business opportunities.
- Collaborate proactively with front and back-of-house teams to enhance team spirit.
- Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience in high-quality service roles, preferably in fashion, accessories retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
- Passion for fashion culture and creating personalized looks.
- Business mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong team spirit and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new applications.
- Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask and prioritize.
- Proactive, passionate, and problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent written, oral, and listening skills in English; additional languages preferred.
- Open to change and sees it as an opportunity for growth.
Skills
Experience
Preferred experience in client-facing roles within fashion, accessories retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
Workplace
The role is situated in Chicago, Illinois, USA — conveniently close to Chicago.
Compensation
$19-21/hr with eligibility for commission.
