Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage global projects related to retail, events, and special initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and assist in art sourcing.
  • Provide logistical and operational support.
  • Offer administrative assistance, including vendor account creation and purchase order entry.
  • Prepare presentations for the Artistic Direction.
  • Manage inventory and stock control.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BAC +4) in Art History, Business School, or IFM.
  • Proficiency in English and French.
  • In-depth knowledge of the art market and its key players.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong teamwork abilities. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Adaptability and flexibility.

Experience

No prior experience required, but familiarity with art market dynamics is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field.
