Join Watchfinder in Bluewater as a Seasonal Boutique Assistant. Support sales operations and customer service in a luxury watch boutique. Fixed-term position in the UK.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with general administration and operational tasks within the boutique.
  • Assist customers by addressing their queries in-store and via phone calls.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising by displaying watches on the shop floor.
  • Schedule customer appointments and oversee the booking process, including purchase order creation.
  • Conduct serial number, box, and paper checks with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ensure proper storage of stock in accordance with the Safe Scan process as part of the end-of-day procedure.
  • Collaborate with the in-store Stock & Dispatch Assistant to manage stock control and dispatch watches to other locations or directly to customers.

Skills

Strong administrative skills with proficiency in computer systems. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Customer-centric approach to provide exceptional service and guidance. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment under tight time constraints. High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload. Methodical and process-driven mindset. Collaborative work style with a positive attitude. Intellectual curiosity and a passion for continuous learning.

Experience

Experience in retail or a customer-facing role is advantageous but not required.

The successful candidate will be located in Dartford, England, UK, with easy access to London.
