Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory with precision, ensuring accurate tracking of product transfers, stock movements, and maintaining orderly stock arrangements.
  • Conduct comprehensive and rotating inventories, addressing discrepancies and ensuring stock accuracy.
  • Ensure product security and quality by adhering to safety protocols and reporting any irregularities.
  • Oversee sales administration, including invoice verification, cash management, daily cash closures, and handling shipments, exports, and tax refunds.
  • Adhere to group procedures, prepare for annual audits, and ensure operational compliance.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in stock management and sales administration within a retail environment.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Skills

Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in using computer systems for inventory and sales management. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience

Demonstrated experience in stock management and sales administration, preferably in a luxury retail setting.
