Join Van Cleef & Arpels in New York City as a Sales Associate. This role involves achieving sales goals, developing client relationships, and participating in community events. Ideal candidates have 7 years of experience in luxury sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Attend community social functions to generate new business and invite clients to boutique events.
  • Utilize curated clienteling tools to reach out to current and prospective clients.
  • Oversee CRM initiatives including client data capture, communication on novelties and events, and clientele reporting.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of displays, maintaining the boutique's aesthetic quality.
  • Travel as required for business needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.
  • 7 years of relevant experience preferred.

Skills

Strong ability to develop long-lasting client relationships. Excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing. Curiosity for people and a commitment to providing excellent service.

Experience

A minimum of 7 years of experience in a luxury environment is preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in New York City, New York, USA, with easy access to New York City.

Compensation

Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience. This role is commission eligible.
