Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Engage in community social functions to generate new business and invite clients to boutique events.
- Utilize clienteling tools to reach out to current and prospective clients.
- Oversee CRM initiatives, including client data management, communication on novelties and events, and clientele reporting.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of displays, maintaining the boutique's aesthetic quality.
- Travel as required for business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.
- 7 years of experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.

A minimum of 7 years in a luxury retail environment is preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.

Compensation
Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience. This role is commission eligible.
