Join Van Cleef & Arpels in Paris as a Retail Expertise Project Manager. Drive retail excellence and training initiatives in a luxury setting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage retail expertise programs and content tailored for managers to ensure retail excellence in alignment with the Maison's strategy.
  • Monitor and enhance program performance to meet strategic goals and business expectations.
  • Create and develop training modules for onboarding and upskilling boutique and retail managers in business management skills.
  • Identify opportunities for content development to address business needs and align with team objectives.
  • Centralize and optimize training content developed by regional and market teams to ensure consistency and relevance.
  • Facilitate training for regional and local trainers and support regional teams during program launches.
  • Engage and develop the international training community, providing guidance for local initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the training performance team to assess training ROI and establish KPIs for new programs.
  • Manage allocated budget in collaboration with management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in project management within the luxury or hospitality sector.
  • Successful experience in retail environments.

Skills

Client-centric approach with strong organizational skills. Fluency in English. Excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience

A minimum of seven years in project management, preferably within luxury or hospitality sectors, with proven success in retail environments.

Workplace

This position is based in Paris, Île-de-France, France, within easy reach of Paris.
