Join Van Cleef & Arpels in Hong Kong as a Regional Senior Merchandising Executive. Leverage expertise in demand planning and collaborate across teams to drive success in the luxury sector.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage 12-24 month demand forecasting at reference levels, considering sales trends, budget, business strategies, and production plans, while regularly reviewing and monitoring forecast accuracy.
  • Analyze demand patterns, trends, and seasonality to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Distribution Planning team and local markets to align product strategies for festive and peak seasons.
  • Work cross-functionally with Headquarters Demand Planning, Regional Distribution Planning, Marketing, Finance teams, and local markets on novelties forecasts and alignment of regional strategies and inventory plans.
  • Handle Non-Valuable Goods management, including evaluating usage, collaborating on replenishment, managing ordering requests, and monitoring delivery status.
  • Conduct sales dashboards and PowerPoint presentations for senior management and related parties, maintaining presentation slides for monthly forecast calls.
  • Manage stock operations, including market transfers, support and sales commitments for events, and allocation of specific creations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in merchandising or demand planning.
  • Proficiency in business planning systems such as Anaplan, SAP, or BI.
  • Mastery of English; proficiency in Mandarin or French is advantageous.

Skills

Strong collaborative and problem-solving skills. Highly responsible, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive. Proficient in MS Office.

Experience

Proven experience in merchandising or demand planning within a luxury or high-end retail environment.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China, with easy access to Hong Kong.
