Role & Responsibilities

  • Support Methods Engineers in the development of new products by formalizing and safeguarding technical data in systems.
  • Manage the tracking and logistical flow of tooling and models between various internal and external production workshops.
  • Collaborate with different departments and craftspeople to ensure the smooth operation of the internal micro-workshop, the Fablab.
  • Participate in workshops to create and update the Methods Charter, aiming to formalize best practices and communicate manufacturing standards to partners.
  • Engage in continuous improvement projects to optimize processes and internal flows within the VCA workshops.
  • Occasionally contribute to Atelier/Maison projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.
  • Demonstrated interest in craftsmanship and the jewelry industry.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage priorities effectively. Curiosity and a pedagogical approach. Commitment to service excellence and mission engagement. Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in the jewelry industry and craftsmanship is essential.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
