Join Van Cleef & Arpels in New York City as a Marketing Executive. This V.I.E position offers a unique opportunity in the luxury industry with a focus on jewelry, high jewelry, timepieces, and bridal collections.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain an active internal image bank with qualitative content, including product information, creation pictures, key selling points, and manipulation videos.
  • Assist in the creation of content for internal newsletters.
  • Support Bridal sales by managing stone certificate inventory and client delivery, and review and implement new workflows.
  • Prepare tailored digital presentations for client presentations and events to maximize opportunities.
  • Manage the special orders process, liaising with boutique teams and headquarters to discover potential efficiencies and improvements.
  • Participate in supporting special projects, trainings, and events as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or university certificate in Business, Marketing, or Communication.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience within the luxury industry.

Skills

Fluency in English and French. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent interpersonal skills. Effective time management skills. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience within the luxury industry is required.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or university certificate in Business, Marketing, or Communication.

The role is situated in New York City, New York, USA — conveniently close to New York City.

Compensation

Monthly allowance not subject to taxes, monthly housing allowance, travel cost linked to the move, and health insurance.
