Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional service to clients.
  • Attend social functions and community events to generate new business opportunities.
  • Invite current and prospective clients to in-boutique events and engage through curated clienteling tools.
  • Oversee CRM initiatives, ensuring client data accuracy and effective communication on novelties and events.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of displays, maintaining the boutique's aesthetic quality.
  • Travel as required to fulfill role responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.
  • 7 years of experience in luxury sales or a related field.

Skills

Strong ability to develop long-lasting client relationships. Excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing. Natural curiosity and dedication to providing excellent service.

Experience

A minimum of 7 years in luxury sales or a related field is preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.

The role is situated in New York City, New York, USA — conveniently close to New York City.

Compensation

Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience. This role is commission eligible.
