Join Van Cleef & Arpels in New York City as a Luxury Sales Consultant. This role offers a dynamic environment in the luxury jewelry sector, focusing on client relationship development and sales excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals by delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury environment.
  • Develop and maintain a network of loyal clients through effective clienteling and relationship-building strategies.
  • Attend community social functions to generate new business opportunities and invite clients to in-boutique events.
  • Oversee CRM initiatives including client data management, communication on novelties and events, and clientele reporting.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of boutique displays, ensuring aesthetic quality is maintained.
  • Travel as required to support business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in luxury sales or a related field.

Skills

Strong ability to develop long-lasting client relationships. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in clienteling tools and CRM systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Experience

A minimum of 7 years of experience in luxury sales or a related field is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification preferred.

Compensation

Salary is negotiable based on skills and prior work experience. The role is commission eligible.
