Join Van Cleef & Arpels in Singapore as a Jewelry Marketing Assistant Intern. Support the High Jewelry Marketing team across SEA markets, focusing on product operations and event coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate High Jewelry product operations with boutiques, logistics, and regional teams, including stock transfers and new stock allocation.
  • Serve as the primary contact for stock availability requests and follow-up after client presentations.
  • Manage HJ/GIA certificate logistics to ensure timely delivery from HQ to markets.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of events and boutique animations.
  • Participate in the creation of product-related content and tools, such as ebooklets and training decks.
  • Act as the referent for client presentation tools, including gloves, trays, and mirrors.
  • Support the marketing team in launching new products and conducting daily activities.
  • Convey product knowledge and develop sales tools for both new and existing collections.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis on product performance and business trends.

Qualifications

  • First experience in the retail industry, preferably in marketing or merchandising.

Skills

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Strong ability to collaborate across departments and with various stakeholders.

Experience

Previous experience in the retail industry, specifically in marketing or merchandising, is required.
