Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Planning and Scheduling Intern in Meyrin, Switzerland. Ideal for engineering students specializing in Supply Chain, Production, or Lean Manufacturing.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders in scheduling, logistics, arts and crafts, after-sales service, and general services.
  • Lead the framing and deployment of a project to optimize the physical logistics flow for scheduling and reception/dispatch teams.
  • Conduct on-site studies of various flows using Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
  • Propose improvements to stakeholders and their managers.
  • Review team spaces and organize the management of consumables, both common and specific.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an engineering program with a focus on Supply Chain, Production, or Lean Manufacturing.

Skills

Strong interpersonal skills and proactive attitude. Service-oriented with a commitment to assigned tasks. Curiosity and ability to offer innovative solutions. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Experience

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic projects or internships in supply chain or logistics are advantageous.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering with a focus on Supply Chain, Production, or Lean Manufacturing.

The successful candidate will be located in Meyrin, Meyrin, Switzerland.
