Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver exceptional client experiences and events, providing CRM support to the Oceania network.
  • Execute in-boutique activations and bespoke out-of-boutique experiences in alignment with Maison guidelines.
  • Curate client itineraries and travel arrangements for international events.
  • Coordinate festive client gifting initiatives with relevant stakeholders and departments.
  • Support reporting and provide client insights for boutique teams.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders on campaigns for client recruitment and retention.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with the Maison’s key suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury client treatments or event management.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Client-driven and results-oriented mindset. Flexibility and reliability.

Experience

Demonstrated experience in luxury client services or event management, with a focus on creating exceptional client experiences.
